Online agreement
Internet-shop SKLADIK.ORG.RU
Told is conditions of interaction between shop SKLADIK.ORG.RU (further "Shop") and the buyer about purchase of the goods through a site http://www.skladik.org.ru below. If you disagree with these conditions, you cannot buy the goods.
1. Entry conditions
The buyer agrees with the conditions described in this Agreement, with everything, as to the goods and the information given through this Site. This Agreement represents the contract between shop and the Buyer, and is the basic document. The agreement contains everything, as to the goods and the information given by shop. The buyer agrees to recognize this Agreement before purchase of the goods or services in shop.
2. Information
The buyer understands and guarantees, that the information sent by the buyer correct and full. The buyer is obliged to pay cost of purchase of the goods, and as cost of delivery of the goods in the sum showed at the moment of payment. The buyer should be responsible for all payments which have been carried out with use of the password of the Buyer. The buyer agrees to hold the password confidentially and to inform shop within the limits of 24 hours about any non-authorized use of the password or infringement of this Agreement. Shop does not protect the Buyer from non-authorized use of the password of the Buyer. The maximal cost of one transaction between the Buyer and shop cannot exceed the sum of $10,000.
3. Copyright
The contents of the Site skladik.org.ru is protected by copyrights, including applied trade marks and other. The organization, gathering, compilation, magnetic translation, digital transformation and other actions connected to use of materials and as copying, redistribution, use or the publication the Buyer of the full contents or any part of the Site, is forbidden.
4. Editing, removal and updating
Shop has the exclusive right on editing, removal or installation on the Site of any information, and as removal or installation of any goods and services for sale. Shop can modify this Agreement, or the prices for the goods, with the notice on it the Buyer if it is stipulated in the Agreement. The shop can stop functioning or modify any or all sections of the Site at sole discretion and without the prior notification. Updating of this Agreement will be considered valid after the publication of the Agreement on the Site, and to concern to the transactions made after date of the publication.
5. Right of refusal
Shop has the right to stop at sole discretion sale of the goods, and also to adjust access to purchase of any goods.
6. Restriction of transfer of the rights to other person.
The right of the Buyer to buy the goods in shop, is the personal right of the buyer and is not transferred other person or the organization and adjusted by limits and conditions established by shop.
7. Limited liability.
THE GIVEN GOODS, THE CONTENTS, ARE STIPULATED "AS IS" AND "AS IS ACCESSIBLE". THE SHOP AND ANY OF ITS PARTNERS, DEALERS OR SUPPLIERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYONE INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CASUAL, OR THE SUBSEQUENT DAMAGE, (INCLUDING DAMAGE AND LOSSES IN BUSINESS, REDUCTION OF THE INCOME, ACTIONS OF PROCEEDING, OR SIMILAR CHARGES LOSSES AND EXPENSES) REGARDLESS OF THE FACT THAT THEY WERE BASED ON INFRINGEMENT OF THE CONTRACT, INFRINGEMENT OF THE GUARANTEE, NEGLIGENCE (INCLUDING THE NEGLIGENCE), AS A RESULT OF USE OF THE GOODS OR THE DIFFERENT WAY EVEN IF IT HAS PRELIMINARY BEEN INFORMED ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. THE RESTRICTIONS OF DAMAGE STATED ABOVE - FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE TRANSACTION BETWEEN SHOP AND THE BUYER. THIS SITE AND THE GOODS SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT SUCH RESTRICTIONS. SOME STATE LAWS CAN BE APPLIED CONCERNING RESTRICTION OF THE RESPONSIBILITY. ANY POSSIBLE PROCEEDINGS ARE CARRIED OUT IN COURT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION.
8. Use of the Information
The shop reserves the right, and the Buyer authorises shop, on use to destination all information concerning use by the Buyer of the Site and all information given by the Buyer, according to laws of the Russian Federation.
9. In addition
This Agreement should be considered in that kind as it is published on Site SKLADIK.ORG.RU. The Agreement should be applied and understood according to laws of the Russian Federation. Any claims of the Buyer should express within six months after any purchasing in Shop, or the buyer for ever to refuse the claims. All actions should occur within the limits of the restrictions stated in Section 7. |
